Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully

Only use TaskMaster Pro for lawful business activity and with permission to handle the information you enter. Follow applicable privacy, employment, intellectual-property and communications laws.

Keep access secure

• Use your own account and do not share credentials or attempt to use another person’s account.
• Give staff and contractors the minimum access needed, and report lost access or suspected compromise promptly.
• Do not try to bypass company boundaries, role checks, rate limits or other security controls.

Do not harm the service or others

• Do not upload malware, run disruptive automated scraping, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorisation or interfere with the service.
• Do not send spam, harass people, impersonate someone else or upload unlawful or misleading content.
• Do not enter payment card data, passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal data into job notes, messages or other general-purpose fields.

If there is a problem

We may restrict access or remove harmful material where reasonably necessary to protect people, data or the service. We will consider the circumstances and any legal obligations. Report abuse or security concerns to digital@fire-tree.co.uk.
